Delete your UniStops account
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open UniStops and sign in.
- Go to Me → Delete account. This works even if you are on a delivery team as a driver.
- Confirm. Your account and your personal-mode server data are deleted right away, the data on your phone is erased, and you are signed out. If you have worked on a team, see "What is kept" below for what stays with that team.
If you are a captain who still owns a team, delete the team first — Captain → Me → Delete this team in the app, once no other member is active, when that option is available in your version of the app — and then delete your account the same way. If your version of the app does not yet have that option, or your team still has other active members, use Option 2 below to have us dissolve the team.
Option 2: without the app
Email ops@unistops.com from the email address on your UniStops account, with the subject "Delete my UniStops account". If you used Sign in with Apple with "Hide My Email," send it from the Apple relay address, or tell us that address. We will confirm by replying to that address before deleting anything, and complete the request within 30 days. Use this option if you are a captain and your version of the app does not yet offer "Delete this team," or your team still has other active members.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email, account ID, and name and profile photo if you used Google)
- Your personal-mode parcels, routes, delivery records (including their locations), sync logs, usage counters and address-lookup cache on our servers. Proof-of-delivery photos exist only on your phone and are erased with the app's data
- If you worked on a delivery team: your name as a member of that team (replaced with "Former member"), names in the team's imported lists that were matched to you, any free text you typed there such as a dispute note, and your delivery coordinates
- If you are a captain deleting your team: every record that team holds, for every person who worked in it — see the in-app "Delete this team" screen for the full list before you confirm
- UniStops' access to your Apple ID, when you delete in the iPhone app after signing in with Apple. Otherwise, remove it in Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
What is kept, and for how long
- If you worked on a delivery team, that team's own record of the work — counts, times, loading records and delivery results — stays with the team, because it belongs to the team and not only to you. It is kept, under "Former member," until the team is deleted, or until the team's captain asks us to delete it sooner. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention rules.
- Copies in server logs and backups expire within 30 days after deletion.
- Crash reports (which contain no addresses, tracking numbers, names or phone numbers) expire within 90 days.
- For email requests, we keep our email exchange confirming the deletion, and anything else the law requires.
Delete only some data
Recipient names and phone numbers are never on our servers; they are erased from your phone when you delete your account or uninstall the app. To ask us to delete specific data without closing your account, email ops@unistops.com.
Note: uninstalling the app removes data from your phone but does not delete your account or server data. Use one of the options above.
删除你的 UniStops 账号
方式一：在 App 内（最快）
- 打开 UniStops 并登录。
- 进入"我的 → 删除账号"。即使你以司机身份在车队里，也可以这样删除。
- 确认后，账号和你个人模式下的服务器数据立即删除，本机数据清空，并自动退出登录。如果你曾在车队工作，保留内容见下方"会保留什么"。
如果你是仍拥有车队的队长，请先删除车队——在 App 内，队长 → 我的 → 删除本车队（车队没有其他活跃成员时可用，且需要你这个版本的 App 已有此功能），然后再用同样方式删除自己的账号。如果你的 App 版本暂时还没有这个功能，或车队仍有其他活跃成员，请用下面的方式二，由我们帮你解散车队。
方式二：不通过 App
用 UniStops 账号的邮箱发邮件至 ops@unistops.com，主题写"Delete my UniStops account"。如果你用 Apple 登录并选了"隐藏邮件地址"，请用该 Apple 转发地址发送，或在邮件中注明该地址。我们会先回复该地址确认，再执行删除，并在 30 天内完成。如果你是队长，而你的 App 版本还没有"删除本车队"功能，或车队仍有其他活跃成员，请使用此方式。
会删除什么
- 登录账号（邮箱、账号 ID；使用 Google 登录的还包括姓名和头像）
- 你在个人模式下的全部包裹、路线、配送记录（含位置）、同步日志、用量计数和地址查询缓存。投递照片只存在你的手机上，随 App 数据一并清除
- 如果你曾在车队工作：你作为该车队成员的名字（改为"已离队成员"）、车队导入清单中已匹配到你的姓名、你在其中填写的文字（例如异议备注）和你的配送位置
- 如果你是正在删除车队的队长：该车队保存的、每一位曾在其中工作过的人的全部记录——确认前请查看 App 内"删除本车队"页面上的完整清单
- 用 Apple 登录并在 iPhone App 内删除的，撤销 UniStops 对你 Apple ID 的授权；其他情况请在 设置 → 你的名字 → 登录与安全 → 通过 Apple 登录 中自行移除
保留什么、保留多久
- 如果你曾在车队工作，该车队关于这项工作的记录——计数、时间、装车记录和配送结果——会留在车队，因为这属于车队而不只是你个人。这些记录以"已离队成员"的名义保存到车队被删除为止，或队长要求我们提前删除时为止。完整规则见隐私政策。
- 服务器日志和备份中的副本在删除后 30 天内过期。
- 崩溃报告（不含地址、单号、姓名、电话）在 90 天内过期。
- 邮件申请的，我们保留确认删除的往来邮件，以及法律要求保留的其他内容。
只删除部分数据
收件人姓名和电话从不在我们服务器上，删除账号或卸载 App 时会从手机上清除。如需我们删除特定数据但保留账号，请发邮件至 ops@unistops.com。
注意：卸载 App 只会删除手机上的数据，不会删除账号和服务器数据，请使用上面的方式。
